Request procedure
1. Request launch
The spare parts requests can be submitted by phone or e-mail. You can also apply for spare parts if you fill out the request form. Provide as much details as possible, such as the brand of the vehicle and type, type of part, construction year, colour, etc.
2. Requested parts will be searched
One of our employees will check if the requested part is in stock and the part will always be submitted to a visual control for possible damage. We only offer parts in good condition.
3. Requested part can be ordered
If you want to order the requested part, you always have to do it by phone or mail. We will inform you when to collect the part. Upon ordering, we will agree on a date to collect the part, usually half a day or one working day depending on the type of part.
4. Requested part will be disassembled
One of our employees will remove the ordered part fast and precisely from the vehicle in our vehicle park.
All parts will still be on the vehicles, we have no warehouse. Our extensive car park represents our warehouse.
All our parts will be thoroughly checked and tested!
5. Collection and payment
The ordered part can only be collected at our company, we do not ship parts. Upon collection, the spare parts are to be paid in cash or via bancontact terminal.
6. No guarantee nor return
We cannot provide a guarantee on the life of our used spare parts. We check and test the parts in the vehicle, which is already a kind of guarantee. The purchased goods will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
